Cal Test Banana Jacks, Shrouded (4mm)

These are the ideal field-installable shrouded banana jacks because they eliminate the most common difficulty associated with solder-type shrouded banana jacks: Getting the jack hot enough to make a proper solder connection to the lead wire without overheating the jack and melting the plastic shrouded tip.

Each of our do-it-yourself banana jack has two, nickel-plated set screws that make solid contact with the wire and wire insulation to unquestionably insure a reliable long-lasting secure electrical and mechanical connection.

Please note: Set screws are tightened with a 1.5mm hex key wrench which are sold separately and may be ordered by visiting any DIY shrouded banana jack product page.

Banana jacks available in black, red, yellow, green, blue and white to match your test equipment or test fixture set-ups. Other colors available in quantity as special orders
