Coaxial RF Connector Adapter Kit


TestPath stocks over 15 different coaxial RF connector adapter kits to meet your needs for BNC, N type, SMA, 7/16 din, mini-UHF, broadcast and instrument grade test adapters.

TestPath offers two different types of kits: universal coaxial adapter kits and direct coaxial connector adapter kits. The universal coax adapter kit allows you to create any combination of adapters for BNC, N type, F type, TNC, RCA, UHF, mini-UHF and SMA connectors by screwing together two separate RF adapters to a universal center adapter. Direct coaxial Adapter kits feature a selection of single-piece connector adapters that do not require assembly and cannot be modified.

The advantage of a universal coaxial RF adapter kit is that you are "never" without the adapter you need since you can build exactly the right adapter for the job at hand. Two reasons engineers sometimes prefer direct coax adapter kits is potentially less signal loss due to fewer mating surfaces and fear of signal loss and foreign object damage from a universal connector that vibrates loose.
