Impedance Adapters

Impedance adapters are typically used to match impedance on mismatch coaxial cable, to maximize signal output on an antenna connection by minimizing the standing wave ratio or to connect an SWR meter to a coaxial transmission line for electronic testing.

Test and measurement equipment from most manufacturers (including Agilent, BK Precision, Fluke, and Tektronix) and your SWR or impedance meter may need an adapter to convert from 50 to 75 ohm inputs.
