Tektronix Oscilloscope Modules, Printers and Software


Tektronix application modules enable you to transform your Tek oscilloscope into a specialized tool for limit testing, telecommunications mask testing, and video troubleshooting.

Modules are designed to fit the following oscilloscope series: Tek TDS200, TDS1000, Tek TDS2000, Tek TDS3000, TDS3000B, Tek DPO3000, Tek DPO4000 and MSO4000.

Tektronix WaveStar software for oscilloscopes is a Microsoft Windows application that allows you to access, organize, move and manipulate test instrument files. It is compatible with Tektronix oscilloscope series: Tek TDS200, TDS1000, Tek TDS2000, Tek TDS3000 or Tek TDS3000B.

WaveStar software may be used with THS series handheld Tek oscilloscopes.
