The TCPA400 requires TCP404XL probe: DC to 2MHz, 500A DC (750A DC Derated with duty cycle).

TCPA400 current probe amplifier let you use one probe to simultaneously measure AC and DC current.

The amplifier converts the sensed current into a proportional voltage signal you can measure directly with an oscilloscope.

The TCPA400 provides better linearity than other current measurement systems because of a current feedback process used with the probe.

DC measurement capability and high bandwidth allow the amplifier to accurately represent square waves and fast-risesignals.

Amplifier includes Instruction/Service Manual, TEKPROBE Interface Cable, Male to Male BNC Cable (50 ohm), Feed Thru Termination (50 ohm).

Comes complete with Certificate of Traceable Calibration.

1-year warranty.
