Tektronix P6209 probe is an active FET oscilloscope probe with a -3dB bandwidth of 4GHz, that features X5 signal attenuation and is terminated with an SMA connector.

The Tektronix P6209 probe provides a high-bandwidth, low circuit loading probing solution for Tektronix CSA/TDS8000B sampling oscilloscopes with a TekProbe�SMA input connection. Based on the P6249 probe design, the Tektronix P6209 probe features a similar performance curve and a small probe head for access to today's fine-pitch SMDs and connection points.
