TestPath, Inc BNC male to 3-Lug triaxial female connector adapter, inner shield disconnected, will interface with an instrument that uses BNC connectors. The triaxial female end of the adapter will allow interfacing with 3-lug triaxial cables in order to connect to equipment using 3-lug triax connectors.

Triaxial shield is connected to the BNC shell. Because there is no connection to the triaxial inner shield hazardous voltages will not be present on the BNC shell.
