Shrouded banana plug is compatible with most multimeters produced by Agilent, Amprobe, Beckman, BK Precision, Fluke, Greenlee, HP, Ideal, MeterMan, Wavetek and many other brands if produced in the last few years.

This is the ideal field-installable shrouded banana plug because it eliminates the most common difficulty associated with solder-type shrouded banana plugs: Getting the plug hot enough to make a proper solder connection to the lead wire without overheating the plug and melting the plastic shrouded tip.

Each do-it-yourself banana plug has two, nickel-plated set screws that make solid contact with the wire and wire insulation to unquestionably insure a reliable long-lasting secure electrical and mechanical connection.

Please note: Set screws are tightened with a 1.5mm hex key wrench sold separately below.
