BK Precision 1791 dc power supply is a high power, regulated, linear dc power supply capable of outputing 0 - 64V and 0 - 10A with high stability and close reuglation to +/- 0.01 percent. New compact bench top design makes these BK power supplies particularly well suited for use as laboratory or bench top dc power supplies. Power supply may also be rack mounted in standard 19 inch racks.

BK Precision linear dc power supplies feature low noise output so that power supply noise will not interfere with telecom device testing. The BK Precision 1791 is ideal for manufacturers who build equipment for the telecom industry that operates at 48V or higher DC rail including base stations, switches, public and private network equipment.

The BK Precision 1791 is a well-regulated cconstant-voltage, constant-current, linear dc power supply that can be adjusted continuously through the full output range by front panel controls or via the remote programming facility. This BK power supply will automatically cross over from constant voltage to constant current mode and vice-versa if the output exceeds preset limits. A special feature is the ability to set constant current with no load and remote sense to compensate for any wire loss.

Power supply voltage and current output is continuously monitored on two front panel LED meters. Load and remote sense terminals are located on the front panel. Either the positive or negative output terminal may be grounded or floated up to a maximum of +/- 300VDC above ground. The BK Precision 1791 linear dc power supply features a separate DC output ON/OFF switch and meets CE specifications. DC power supplys carry a two-year BK Precision warranty.
