With high bandwidth, low noise and high common mode rejection, the ProbeMaster 4222 differential probe is ideal for measurements of the small differential signals (as low as 100µV) in data communications and high-speed power electronics.

Applications for the 4222 differential probe include telecom measurement, xDSL applications, high speed power measurement and Differential Line Transmitter and Receiver Design applications.
