Use the Tektronix 196-3438-10 low-inductance ground lead (commonly known as a "Z-lead") to substantially reduce ground lead inductance. Because the ground lead simply touches the ground reference, you can easily move the probe to different points on the device under test.

To attach, press the ground lead into the probe head ground socket.

Compatible with most Tektronix active probes including the P6243, P6245 and TAP1500.
