High Voltage Oscilloscope Probe, 20kV, 75MHz, X1000, 25 ft. long Cable

The Tektronix P6015A high voltage probe is a passive high voltage oscilloscope probe designed for critical measurement of high voltages over 2.5 kV. The Tektronix P6015A allows you to measure DC voltages to 20 kVRMS, pulses to 40 kV (peak - 100 ms duration) at frequencies up to 75 MHz. This combination of peak high voltage and high bandwidth enables the Tektronix 6015 probe to capture fast, high-voltage signals.

Other features of the P6015A high voltage probe include a 7 - 49 pF compensation range, a small compensation box that fits on adjacent amplifier inputs and comes standard with a 10 foot long cable.

Tektronix P6015A current probes are also available with a 25 foot long cable and in both cable lengths with or without oscilloscope probe readout. With the readout option, displayed voltage amplitude values will be the actual signal value rather than understated by a factor of 1,000X. Note: Using the Tektrionix P6015A 1R or P6015A 2R readout probes with scopes other than Tektronix digital oscilloscopes may result in an erroneous readout display.

The P60156A is a passive oscilloscope probe and each probe includes a Certificate of Traceable Calibration.

All Tektronix P6015A high voltage probes use an environmentally safe silicone compound instead of oil for a dielectric and never need refilling.
