The Tektronix P5100 high voltage probe is a low-input capacitance, high voltage oscilloscope probe (2.5kV DC + PkAC). While designed for high voltage probe applications, the Tektronix P5100 probe also features a probe bandwidth of 250 MHz to also support higher frequency oscilloscope applications.

The Tektronix probe P5100 can be compensated to match plug-ins and oscilloscopes with nominal input capacitances of 7-30pF.
