Magnetic Field Probe from BK Precision was designed to be used with BK Precision Spectrum Analyzer Model 2650. The probe detects and precisely measures the magnetic field distribution on a LSI or a printed circuit board. Its shielded loop structure that adopts multi-layered board technology of excellent high frequency characteristics allows to take a measurement at high reproducibility by detecting magnetic field components only.
