Pomona 4826 Minigrabber Test Clip with Pin Jack has a pin jack built right into the plunger.

Pomona 4826 grabbers are excellent for attaching the Grabber test clip directly to the end of a pin tip patch cord. These test lead clips can also be used as adapters for miniature test probes with 2.0in (.080mm) tips.
