The Tektronix P2220 probe is a 200-MHz passive oscilloscope probe that permits selection of 1X or 10X attenuation via a switch located on the probe head.

The Tektronix probe P2220 is compatible with the TDS200, TDS1000, TDS2000, and TPS2000 Series oscilloscopes. The Tektronix P2220 probe also provides floating measurement capability up to 30 VRMS with Tektronix TPS2000 Series oscilloscopes only. (Note: Do not use the Tektronix probe P2220 to make floating measurements with the TDS2000, TDS1000 or TDS200 Series scopes.)
