The Tektronix P2200 probe is a 200 MHz passive voltage oscilloscope probe that permits selection of 1X or 10X attenuation, using a switch located on the probe head.

The Tektronix P2200 probe is compatible with general purpose oscilloscopes having an input capacitance between 15 and 25 pF.

Please note: Tektronix probe P2200 has been replaced by the Tektronix P2220 probe. Tektronix probe P2220 is backward compatible for all oscilloscope probe applications for which the P2200 scope probe was recommended.
