The Tektronix P6041 probe cable provides a high-precision (1%) 50 Ohm connection between the Tektronix CT1 or the Tektronix CT2 current probe and a BNC oscilloscope input. A 50�? termination is required to terminate the cable when connected to a high impedance (1 M?) oscilloscope input. One Tektronix P6041 probe cable can alternate between several current probes that have been wired into a circuit.
