The TestPath BNCM-2-TRXF3 is a triax bnc adapter with a female 3-lug triaxial connector attached to a male BNC connector with the inner shield disconnected (Guard connection floating). The triax outer shield (Common) is connected to the BNC shell. Because there is no connection to the triax inner shield hazardous Guard voltages will not be present on the BNC shell.

This adapter can be used to connect BNC cables with male connectors to equipment having 3-lug female triax connectors. It is an exact equivalent to the Keithley Model 7078-BNC-TRX (Male BNC to 3-Lug Female Triax Adapter w/ Guard Disconnected), Agilent 1250-2652, Agilent N1254A-105 and Trompeter Electronics ADBJ20-E2-PL20 bnc triaxial adapter.
